All products that
were not cut to size such as (cord, string, ladder
tapes, etc can be returned within thirty days of
purchase for a full refund. Any Drapery Hardware
that has been opened a 20% re-stocking fee will
apply. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Any order that received free freight, a 20%
re-stocking fee would apply.
Cancellations or Modifications
Changes and cancellations can only be made prior to
shipping. Parts orders usually ship within two to
three business days. Please contact us for order
status to make any adjustments.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order immediately open and
inspect for freight damage. If any parts found to be
damaged or defective please notify us immediately
via e-mail in order to expedite your re-order.
We ask that returned products be in
like-new condition with original packaging and
materials.
Returns and Exchanges: All other returns and
exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from date of
shipment, and may be subject to a restocking fee. We
are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges
of items that have been worn or used. Shipping and
handling charges on returned merchandise is not
refundable.
We stand behind every product we
sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your
purchase — for any reason — we'll be happy to make
an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply
return the item to us within 30 days via insured
parcel post or UPS.
